Every blend has a story.....
This blend started with high quality organic cocoa husk (outer cover of cocoa nibs) then the addition of organic maple syrup flakes from Quebec (where else but Canada), for those malty notes that maple syrup is famous for. Organic black tea was used as the base and dark roast coffee beans add to the richness of this blend.
This was my homage to Canada's 150th Birthday. A twist on a black tea blend. Canadian Eh!
