Tea became my passion quite unexpectedly. While tasting and expanding my palette for new teas / blends, I found that many were infused with flavouring, masking the essence of the beauty of tea itself.  Not a big fan.  So.... the seed was planted and a new life path to expand my knowledge, education and passion of all things tea began.

 

​Educated at George Brown College (a well-regarded culinary college in Toronto), graduating as one of the first few certified Tea Sommeliers (in conjunction with the Tea Association of Canada) and with a few of my fellow graduates we created the Tea Guild of Canada.

A trip to remote tea villages in China followed providing the opportunity to explore first-hand the tea gardens, production, and tasting with the tea masters who generously shared their vast knowledge and time over a cup of tea.

My journey continues with My Tea Brew. Offering premium quality teas and small batch, handcrafted artisanal tea blends and infusions using the best quality teas and all natural pure ingredients.
